This is a full-time, on-site position located in Queens, NY. The Appliance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential appliances and equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and ensuring timely repairs. Close attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service are essential for success in this role.

• Experience with maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience working with heavy equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for appliance repair and maintenance
• Previous experience in residential property management or related fields is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in appliance repair or maintenance are preferred
