A Field Technician provides on-site support for telecom, network, electrical, POS, CCTV, and A/V systems by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment across multiple client locations within an assigned region. The role requires frequent travel and effective use of a mobile office to coordinate with clients and supervisors. Technicians perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate proper equipment usage to end users.

The job involves physical labor such as lifting equipment and working at heights for overhead cabling. Strong communication skills are essential due to direct client interaction.

• Strong technical knowledge of telecom, network, electrical, CCTV, A/V, and related systems.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical or field service role.
• Strong technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, software, and related systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
