As a Plumbing Installer with Apple Air, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems. Job Responsibilities:

• Install Plumbing Systems
  :
  Install, replace, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
• System Testing & Inspections
  :
  Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential properties
• Repairs & Troubleshooting
  :
  Handle common plumbing repairs and resolve issues identified during inspections and customer service calls
• Customer Interaction
  :
  Communicate effectively with customers, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions while ensuring excellent customer service
• Service Calls & Estimates
  :
  Respond to call-outs and provide accurate cost estimates for installation and repair services.
• Service Titan Knowledge
  :
  Experience with Service Titan is a plus, assisting in scheduling, job management, and customer communication.
• Compliance & Safety
  :
  Ensure all work meets safety standards and adheres to local plumbing codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience
  : 2-5 years of plumbing installation experience, with a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Excellent listening and communication skills for working with customers and team members.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Ability to perform plumbing installations, soldering, and standard plumbing repairs.
• Tools & Equipment
  :
  Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment, and the ability to handle various plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Customer Service
  :
  Strong customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and offer clear solutions.
• License
  :
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Service Titan Knowledge
  :
  Familiarity with Service Titan or similar job management software is a plus.
