Building Construction Lead Carpenter / Forman

• Drywall partition framing & drywall installation.
• Window & door installation.
• Finish carpentry (wood moldings, wood handrails, door trim, etc.)
• Door hardware installation.
• Cement board & bathroom waterproofing membrane installation.
• Wood floor patching.
• Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, floor underlayment, etc.)
• Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing.
• Wood stairs installations.
• Wood and Trex Deck Framing.

• MUST possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions from the field supervisor in English.
• MUST be detail-oriented and work neatly.
• MUST have own hand tools, basic power tools (And know how to use them!).
• MUST be able to legally work in the US and have a social security card.
• MUST have an OSHA-40 card.
• Basic PLUMBING skills/knowledge is a plus.
• Basic ELECTRICAL skills/knowledge is a plus.
• Basic HVAC skills/knowledge is a plus.
• A VALID NYS Driver's License is a plus.
• Basic experience in blueprint reading is a plus.
