• Responsible for Clearing of Kitchen and Bathroom back‑up drains, slow drains and total stoppage
• Replacement or repairs of Kitchen and Bathroom fixtures & drains
• Removal of defective waste lines & installation of new waste lines underneath kitchen sink
• Replacement of kitchen sink - either Yorktown wall‑hang combination sink.
• Replacement of Kitchen Faucet
• Repairs on hot or cold Feed lines
• Repairs on existing fixtures and waste lines for Kitchen and bathroom.
• Replacement of Bathroom faucet, shower body and toilet bowls.
• Cabinet, toilet seat, sink & pedestal, wall‑hang sink, vanity, trap, Lead bend, Brass flange on lead bend, waste lines on bathtub, sink and toilet bowl.
• Demolition of ceramic tile walls, gypsum and plaster walls to remove defective water & waste lines for repairs.
• Defective soil and waste stacks from 2” up to 4” cast iron pipe replacement.
• Replacement of floor drains from 3” up to 4” no‑hub pipe work and fittings
• Replacement of horizontal waste & soil lines from 2” up to 8” no‑hub pipe work.
• Replacement of cold and hot water valves for feed and return lines.
• Clearing of Bathroom and Kitchen waste stacks, floor drains and roof leaders.
• Clean out oil separators for Commercial Garages at #1 through #6.
• Repairs, replacement and flushing of cold & hot feed and return lines.
• Replacement of defective hose cocks for Gardening and Janitorial uses.
• Repairs on standpipe lines
• Emergency shutdown of fireman valves or Domestic valves.
• Repairs and adjustment of Oval Fountain.
• Snaking of kitchen, bathroom, roof leader stacks
• Clearing of floor drains in the basement
• Clearing of ejector trap drains in the basement
• Clearing stall shower drain in individual vertical stack
• Cleaning of ejector pit
• Closing & opening of domestic water valves in the surrounding grounds
• Closing & opening of water tank valves for feed or drainage lines
• Emergency shutdown of water in Buildings
• Emergency shutdown of standpipe valves for buildings
• Flooding of roof to test leakage of the roof or plumbing
• Flushing of cold & hot water system for individual risers
• Flushing & venting manifold on standpipe line
• Flushing & cleaning of ejectors
• Opening & flushing of sprinkler system in the surrounding grounds
• Removal of defective water risers between floors or in the problem apartment and the installation of brass threaded pipe and fittings.
• Note - brass threaded pipe comes in sizes from ½” up to 2”
• Replacement of stem/wedges of Jenkin’s gate valves on the basement floors in which includes shut down of Buildings water supply…
