As a Handyman, your responsibilities include overall maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds. You will perform basic building repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, HVAC, and other building‑related systems.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is highly preferred.
- Valid, clean Driver’s license required and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Five (5) years of experience in building construction/maintenance/repair; an educational/trade certificate may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and well‑rounded hands‑on mechanical skills.
