This position involves building and installing a variety of woodwork including tables, benches, partitions, dollies, shelves, and more. You will cut, shape, and finish wood by using planes, sanding, gluing, nailing, and repair of countertops, cabinets, and other structures per print plans and drawings. You will also construct and finish walls, ceilings, doorways, and floors, and install or replace ceiling materials and flooring.

The role carries no supervisory responsibilities.

• Full‑time day shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Days per week:
  Tuesday – Saturday
• Holidays required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three years of carpentry/construction experience

All roles require on‑site presence. Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.

$39.24 – $41.87 per hour
