• Conduct on-site assessments of existing boiler systems and repair needs
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, subcontracting, and equipment
• Review job specifications and identify risks, code requirements, and safety considerations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and customer communication

• 3–5 years of estimating experience (boiler repair or mechanical contracting preferred)
• Hands‑on background in boiler installation, repair, or maintenance
• Strong understanding of fuel systems (oil, gas, dual‑fuel) and combustion equipment
• Knowledge of steel and cast‑iron boilers, piping systems, and related components
• Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes, plus local building and safety regulations
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
