Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train)

• Complete the award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs for a complete pest management program.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers by deciding on the most efficient and effective pest solution for each situation.
• Complete all required service-related documentation using the provided hand‑held device.

• Pay of USD $20.00 to $22.00 hourly.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company‑paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may include an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
