Commercial/Industrial HVAC Journeyman Technician

Compensation: $40-$65/hour + Performance Bonus

Air Logix is building careers in commercial HVAC. We service complex systems in hospitals, data centers, and high-rise commercial buildings, developing leaders through continuous training and real-world impact.

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems in Manhattan and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose complex equipment issues using advanced diagnostics and real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior techs to solve challenging problems and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure first-time fixes, minimize service interruptions, and work efficiently to complete jobs on schedule.
• Utilize tools and company resources (vehicle, tool allowance, manufacturer-backed training) to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements; upkeep detailed service records.

• 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification; valid license; OSHA SST.
• Strong desire to grow, share knowledge, and learn new systems and technologies.
• Commitment to using the best tools and methods; pride in the trade.

• Base: $40-$65/hour (higher for specialized skills)
• Overtime:
  Time-and-a-half
