At Organized Human LLC, we specialize in decluttering and rejuvenating schools and businesses through comprehensive organizing services—from hauling and installation to inventory collection, furniture assembly, and full‑site transformations. Our mission is to craft functional, beautiful environments that empower our clients to thrive.
We’re a fast‑growing, 7‑figure company built on Relentless Commitment, Grit in Action, and Integrity That Elevates. These values guide everything we do—for our clients, our team, and ourselves. We don’t just organize spaces—we transform lives.
About the RoleOrganized Human LLC:
We Don’t Hire Workers—We Seek Visionary Leaders
We’re not looking for just anyone. At Organized Human LLC, we are a tight knit crew of fearless professionals who tackle challenges others won’t touch, and we do it with skill, confidence, and impact in mind. Our work is demanding, hands‑on, and deeply rewarding. That’s why we invest in every team member’s growth with in‑person performance reviews, biweekly evaluations, and weekly check‑ins.
We don’t just expect excellence, we live it and we raise the bar every single day. We only consider candidates who are passionate, aligned with our mission, and ready to thrive in a culture where vision, grit, and heart matter more than anything.
This is a physical, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll lift, sort, clean, install, haul, label, build, and organize—working alongside a passionate team that’s committed to doing meaningful work and making real change.
ScheduleCrew members will typically work Monday‑Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hrs per week). Crew members will occasionally be scheduled to work on Saturdays as well as evening hours during the week to accommodate certain clients, but this is uncommon. All crew members are required to report on‑site by 7:45 AM (fifteen minutes before start time). This time allows crew members to gain security clearance (presenting valid , signing security’s visitor logbook, and possibly passing through metal detectors) before entering the building, as this is required by every site we work at.
SiteEnvironments
We travel across the five boroughs every week ‑ with each week bringing a new location. Working strictly for institutions within NYC’s Department of Education, we take great reverence in our positions and our work—always remaining clean, respectful, and conscious of our surroundings. Being that no two schools are the same, we come prepared for anything. Sometimes our projects are in clean offices and book rooms, while others are in basements, attics, and closets that require personal protective gear (that will always be provided by leadership to crew members) to keep us safe while on the job.
Job sites often come with dirt, dust, and varying temperatures.
While some projects, such as our file sorting jobs, are more reliant on our analytical skills, others tend to be more laborious. Not every school has an elevator, which sometimes requires us to haul trash, lift furniture, and generally traverse up and down several flights of stairs to get a job done. Each crew member is required to lift at least 25 lbs on their own and in collaboration with other crew members, and to be able to do so repeatedly.
This is not a role that often allows sitting while working, as most of our projects demand us to be on our feet the entire day. Being in good physical health is a requirement for this role to be sustainable long‑term.
