- Salary between $76,960k to $79,040k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
- Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial electrical systems.
- Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site.
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to work on tools when needed.
- Be able to mentor Foreman’s, Journeymen, and apprentices.
- Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work and material ordering.
- Have working knowledge of Procore.
- Journeyman's or Masters card from VA.
