Eastern Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We specialize in environmental remediation, tank removal, site work, drainage, septic systems, and general excavation. We are looking for a dependable operator with strong safety awareness and experience working on a variety of excavation projects. A CDL A License is required.
For Compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $38.00 - $44.00 per hour.
Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities- Operate excavators safely and efficiently on environmental and construction job sites
- Perform excavation and other heavy equipment tasks for tank removal, remediation projects, drainage systems, septic installations, and general site work
- Follow site plans and directions from project supervisors
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain adherence to all safety procedures and company standards
- Proven experience operating excavators and heavy equipment in construction or environmental work
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- Must have a CDL A
- Strong understanding of job site safety
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
