• Proven carpentry experience
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry procedures and installation and construction methods
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of Windermere, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Winter Springs, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Dr. Phillips, Hunters Creek, Union Park, Alafaya, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, Belle Isle, Oak Ridge, Pine Hills, Goldenrod, Azalea Park
• Capable of operating electrical, manual, and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
• Knowledge of technical drawings and paperwork
• Willingness to always abide by safety regulations
• Excellent command of English
• Good command of the basics of math
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A healthy physical state and endurance
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Higher education degree;
  It is necessary to have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship program

Compensation:
The potential income can range from $18 to $25 hourly depending upon the skills you may have.
