• Manage inventory, tools, and materials, ensuring timely availability for project execution.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate carpentry staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.

• Monitor project timelines and report progress, challenges, and solutions to management.

• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

• Proven expertise in commercial carpentry with hands-on experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of commercial building materials, carpentry techniques, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently on-site.

• Proficiency in using carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory capacity on commercial construction projects.

• Full-time position; typically 8–10 hours per day depending on project requirements.

• Flexibility required for extended hours during critical project deadlines.

• On-site presence is mandatory.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple teams effectively.
