Mr. Electric of Land O' Lakes, Lakeland, and Riverview is actively seeking dependable and detail-oriented Electricians Electrical Installers to join our installation team! In this role, you'll execute residential and light commercial installations under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. • Meet with the Project Manager to review job expectations and plans
• Execute electrical installations in accordance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and after jobs
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and testing equipment safely and correctly
• Track materials used and update job invoices accordingly
• Walk customers through completed projects, collect payments, and request reviews
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and jobsite safety reviews
• Perform warranty/recall work, noting product defects appropriately
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with state/federal laws and company policies
• Maintain accountability for tools, inventory, and vehicle upkeep

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of electrical experience in a residential or commercial setting
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience using electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented attitude
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces

Preferred:

• Experience with residential/light commercial service environments
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar job management software
• Professional appearance and customer‑first mindset
