Better Service LLC is looking for a highly skilled Construction Remodeling Handyman to join our dynamic commercial remodeling team. If you have expertise in repairs, remodeling, and general handyman services, we want to hear from you. • Perform a variety of repairs, maintenance tasks, and remodeling projects for commercial properties
• Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service

• Proven experience as a handyman, field technician, or in a similar remodeling role
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, repairs, and maintenance
• Ability to work with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Weekly pay cycle
• Safety equipment provided, including helmets, gloves, and other essential gear
• Paid time off (15 days per year)

• Uniform provision, including safety gear and work apparel
• Company Vehicle / Car allowance / Mileage Reimbursement

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Overnight work is required based on project demands
