Artcraft Home Improvements is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Carpentry Laborer to join our Field Operations team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position supporting residential roofing and exterior renovation projects. As a key team member, you'll assist skilled carpenters and roofers with daily tasks, site preparation, installations, and cleanup—gaining valuable trade experience and growth opportunities along the way.

• Assist in the preparation and clean‑up of residential roofing and exterior construction sites.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure job site.
• Support skilled carpenters and installers with measurements, cuts, installations, and minor repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Help transport materials between job sites as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned to support job progress and team efficiency.

• 1+ year of construction or carpentry experience preferred, also willing to train.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a tool belt and basic hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and team‑first mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
