In this hands‑on role, you'll be integral in crafting the framing structures of our precision‑built homes—assembling floors, walls, and trusses that form the backbone of our residential projects. • Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to plan framing layouts.
• Measure, mark, cut, and assemble lumber using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Frame floor systems, walls, and roof trusses accurately to specifications.
• Erect structures safely and efficiently.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot issues based on framing design.
• Maintain quality craftsmanship and adhere to construction best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

• 1+ years of carpentry or construction experience (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability.
• Able to lift heavy materials and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Personal hand tools (preferred).
