Industrial Solutions of New York (ISNY) is a subsidiary of Flow Control Group (FCG). Founded in 1996 and based in Long Island City, NY, ISNY specializes in pump and electric motor repair, serving the tri‑state area and partnering with mechanical and HVAC contractors.

The Service Technician travels to customer sites to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pumps and fans in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. On‑site diagnosis and repair keep operations running smoothly and reliably.

• Install new pumps and fans according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards, including piping, fittings, and electrical connections.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning components to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning pumps and fans, addressing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
• Calibrate pumps and fans to meet performance specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts replaced, and service reports.

• Hands‑on mechanical/technical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Customer‑satisfaction track record.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends.

• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Comply with OSHA and use appropriate PPE.

• Lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights safely.
• Operate in extreme heat, cold, and confined spaces.
