Security Supervisor

Job Description

Join our client's Security Team as a Security Supervisor! We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals ready to take on a full-time role and make a positive impact every day. Flexibility from Monday to Sunday is necessary, and various shifts are available- must be flexible to work across all shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight).
Must have a Valid Drivers License

• Pay Rate: $20.00 an hr
• Weekly Pay

• Supervisor: capable of effectively overseeing a team of guards
• Client on-site regularly, must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the client.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and educating violators on policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed reports of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
• Stand on your feet for an entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Communicate verbally and in writing fluently in English with personnel and the public.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of Supervisor experience.
• Drivers License
• Must possess a P-15 & NYS Security License

If no P15 license we will assist with obtaining.

• Compensation Option: Hourly
• Average Hours Per Week: 40
• Eligible for Overtime: Yes
