Field Supervisor - Security

Join our dynamic team in the heart of NYC! As a Field Inspector, you will:

• Patrol assigned posts and accounts (company vehicle provided)
• Ensure security and safety of public and employees
• Supervise and train security officers
• Respond to alarms and urgent client needs
• Conduct health & safety assessments
• Site evaluations
• Make sure guards are at site and are in uniform
• Tour assigned sites observing guard performance and compliance with client expectations

• Experienced security supervisors
• Tech-savvy with a valid Security Guard License
• CPR/AED/First Aid certified (preferred)
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must have Drivers License
• Must have two years of supervisory roles in the security field
