Security Officer - Residential outdoor patrol PT

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Staff the front desk in a primarily stationary role, greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing individuals to the appropriate area or contact.;
Control access to the residential property by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes when applicable, and maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other front desk systems, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance issues according to site instructions.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating with property management and/or responding personnel as required.
