Security Officer - Patrol

Location: New York

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response instructions as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, documenting observations per post orders.;
Monitor for and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations, helping to deter unwanted activity through professional presence and timely communication.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local responders when appropriate.;
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, using Allied Universal reporting tools and site procedures.
