Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of academic buildings, residence halls, common areas, and surrounding grounds to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns; document observations and complete required reports and logs.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with campus departments and/or public emergency responders as appropriate.;
Support access control at designated entry points by verifying credentials when required, monitoring visitor flow, and/or enforcing site rules in a professional manner.
