Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail mall environment;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including resolving disturbances and coordinating assistance as needed;
Monitor access points and observe customer and tenant activity for unusual conditions, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation; communicate updates during shift handoff to support consistent site operations
