Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.;
Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
