Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or public emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, cash handling and transaction areas, entrances and exits, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and assist with directing employees, visitors, and vendors according to site procedures;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management
