• Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting tenants and assisting visitors with inquiries.
• Monitor access control points and verify identification for entry.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the corporate facility.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms in accordance with building protocols.

• Licensing: A valid New York State Security Guard License that won t expire for 3 months past start date.
• Certifications:
  
  Completion of both the 8-hour Pre-assignment and 16-hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) certificates.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 1 year experience specifically within a corporate security setting.
• Availability:
  Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
• Physical Requirement:
  Ability to remain standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

• Polished professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and guest interaction.
• Punctuality and a high level of reliability.
