Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $48.00 – $58.00 / hour (W2 Only)
Duration: March 16, 2026 – September 16, 2026 (6-Month Contract)
Requirements: No C2C or Third Parties. W2 Candidates only.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Clinical Risk Management (CRM) expert with a Pharm.
D. or B.S. in Pharmacy to join our Quality Management (QM) team. This role sits at the critical intersection of clinical accuracy and software development, where you will develop and implement data error detection strategies to ensure the safety and reliability of our medical data products.
- Strategic Testing:
Develop and implement data error detection and prevention tests for new product validation. - Clinical Review:
Perform ongoing clinical testing and audit results within the Data Audit program to ensure data integrity. - Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct system control maintenance, software testing, and root cause analysis for clinical data errors. - Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the primary clinical bridge between QM and Data Module Clinicians, Software Developers, and Product Management teams. - Process Design:
Conceptualize repeatable processes to take a clinical safety idea from the development phase to successful completion.
- Education:
B.S. or Pharm.
D. Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. - Clinical
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a clinical setting. - Technical Proficiency:
Advanced capability in MS Excel and MS Word. - Ability to work within or learn relational databases, including MS Access and SQL Server Management Studios (SSMS).
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be able to translate clinical risks into technical requirements for developers.
