Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare and clinical environment.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior areas, corridors, entrances, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and common areas, observe for irregular conditions, and assist with visitor direction and/or movement control in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with site management and/or public responders as needed.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives.
