Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Gatehouse

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shelter location, including common areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter policy violations;
Monitor entry points and interior areas for unauthorized access, prohibited items, and suspicious behavior, completing required identification and/or sign-in processes in accordance with site policy;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, maintenance concerns, and interactions, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
