** Security Officer - NYS Licensed Rounds

** East Syracuse, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will control access where needed, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at an industrial location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter points, documenting observations per site requirements.

+ Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in and/or routing in accordance with site-specific policies.

+ Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

+ Complete detailed reports of patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate updates to oncoming personnel and/or site contacts.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + New York State Security Guard License required.

+ CPR/First Aid preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
