Overview
The Security Control Operator at The Landmark is responsible for oversight of the safety and security of company employees, as well as preventing the company's assets from loss or damage that may result from theft, negligence or procedural error. This position requires officers to oversee The Landmark Security Control Center.
Key Accountabilities- Monitor and respond to global alerts, alarms and events impacting company facilities, travelers and employees. Provide immediate information and assistance as needed through mass communication notifications and notify security management of events in real time.
- Ensure Landmark security equipment is operating to established standards by performing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checks of the systems, as well as monitoring web-based applications. Initiate service calls and document steps taken for failed equipment.
- Provide quality customer service to all employees and visitors who contact the Landmark Security Control Center.
- Understand and enforce all departmental and company policies and procedures. Responsible for completing inter-department reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner using computer-based applications.
- Monitor building-related security systems including CCTV, card access control, and alarm systems. Respond to incidents as needed during this period.
- Partner with Landmark Leadership on security investigations, providing detailed reviews of security matters and consistent monitoring of employee safety and standard operating procedures.
- At least 3+ years of security experience
- Proven experience in retail investigations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak fluent English required
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Reliable Transportation
Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime.

The hiring range for this position is $25.16 – $34.04 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
