• Fri: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

• Monitor and respond to incoming communications, alarms, and requests for assistance from personnel and visitors at the location.
• Dispatch security‑related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and routine calls for service as required.
• Document incidents, calls, and dispatch activities accurately using company‑provided systems and/or logs.
• Communicate with on‑site staff and management to relay information and updates related to security‑related matters.
• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and authorizing entry as needed.
• Support Allied Universal team members by providing timely information and resources during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of ongoing situations and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions and concerns from personnel, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
