Pay Rate: $22.08 / Hour

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Support crowd management and visitor flow during events or high‑traffic times at the location.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• A valid guard card or security license (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
