We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Specialist to support security operations within a corporate or professional environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong security background who demonstrate excellent customer service, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere.

The Security Specialist will be responsible for access control, patrol functions, and day-to-day security operations while serving as a visible and professional presence on site.

• Monitor and control site access, including visitor check-ins and credential verification
• Conduct standing and mobile patrols to ensure safety and policy compliance
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and security documentation
• Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders
• Utilize computer-based systems for reporting and access control
• Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
• Maintain a professional appearance and calm demeanor at all times

• 3–5+ years of security experience required
  , preferably in a corporate or professional setting
• CPR certification required
• F-01 Fire Guard certification required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate access control and reporting systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and/or patrol for 8–10 hours per shift
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
