Location:
Midtown Manhattan. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
Seeking a professional Security Officer with commercial building experience.
A valid New York State Security Guard license is required.
Responsibilities and Duties- Meet and maintain all applicable state/city licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Be tech‑savvy with knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Maintain a clean, corporate appearance.
- Maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
- Exhibit courteous telephone manner.
- Write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
- Exercise good organizational skills.
- Provide high‑quality customer service. Qualifications and Skills
- Current New York State Security Guard License.
- Current New York State Training Certifications (16 HR OJT and/or 8 HR annual).
- Computer knowledge including proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and typing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, well‑spoken, and team‑oriented.
- High‑quality customer 프로그램 service ability.
