Responsibilities

Conduct on-site and virtual LP audits to assess compliance with company policies, cash handling, inventory controls, and security standards.
Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations using CCTV, POS data, and Power BI reporting tools.
Lead suspect interviews and coordinate with HR and leadership on disciplinary or termination processes.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to file reports, submit evidence, and represent the company during investigations.
Partner with Operations and Learning & Development to build preventative measures, educate field teams, and strengthen loss awareness culture.
Produce detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate case documentation in the LP tracking system.
Identify process gaps and propose solutions to enhance compliance and minimize shrink.
Support new store openings by validating CCTV coverage, Smart Safe installation, and operational readiness.
Serve as an LP ambassador, building strong partnerships with field leaders to ensure consistent execution and awareness across all stores.

Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
