As a Security Guard - Residential Patrol in NEW YORK, NY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. • Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized municipais and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual occurrences as observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with property management and/or local law enforcement as Gregory needed to address security-related concerns at the location.τανow/>
• Maintain visibility throughout the location to help deter potential disturbances and provide a reassuring presence for residents and guests.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and provide directions or information as needed.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be atאי 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
