Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM;
Sun 11:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security‑related irregularities or incidents to appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and customers to assist and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while upholding security protocols.
• Maintain situational awareness and report hazards or concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

• An armed guard card or license is preferred. A guard card or license is also preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
