Situational Awareness Supervisor

Duties

• Support the SACC Manager to implement directives and protocols.
• Respond to Manager calls and email requests.
• Support first responders as needed and directed.
• Develop written reports and briefing documents.
• Monitor access control software.
• Monitor video management systems.
• Monitor situational awareness software.
• Provide tours and daily reports and briefing packages.
• Oversee the SACC and SOC Operators in other WTC Security command centers.
• Support Port Authority as directed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with the World Trade Center campus required by commencement of services.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to support first responders as directed is required.
• Ability to manage staff.
  
  Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of security and building management systems is required.
• Strong understanding of CCTV video management systems is required.
• Strong understanding of access control systems is required.
• Experience generating reports and briefings.
• Experience related to security, law enforcement, or intelligence information gathering and interpretation desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have passed, at a threshold determined by the PA Manager, the National Dispatcher Selection Test (NDST).
