As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare setting, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and residents, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff at the front desk, providing customer service in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials to help deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, security-related incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site staff regarding security-related concerns, emergencies, or policy violations as needed.
• Support emergency response activities from the front desk, such as directing first responders and communicating vital information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the location.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
