As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security‑related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

• Wed 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Thur 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients, following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the protection of people and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the commercial real estate location and around its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain a high level of visibility while on patrol to help deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to building occupants and visitors.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with building management and/or tenants to address security‑related inquiries and provide assistance when requested.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
