As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Day Time
Sat 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal management as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate written reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
• Support access control procedures by observing entrances and exits, assisting with visitor management, and verifying credentials as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
