What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report unusual circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site-specific protocols.

• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, management, and/or local authorities as needed.

• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols.

• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorized personnel.

• Assist with crowd control and/or guidance of employees and visitors during peak hours or special events as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
