Job Details- Position Type: Part Time
- Pay Rate: $33.15 / Hour
- Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to deter potential threats and unauthorized activities.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security‑related concerns.
- Interact with the public and staff in a courteous and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and security‑related activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
- Assist law enforcement and emergency personnel as required during incidents and/or critical events.
- Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
- Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
