Responsibilities

BMC Helix Software Sales Professionals have the power to transform entire organizations. With your high-energy, dedication, and passion you will focus on designing and executing a go-to-market strategy, delivering revenue growth and customer happiness.

Join us as a Professional Services Sales Account Manager for our Eastern United States. As a Professional Services Sales Account Manager, you will lead your customers to achieve the full value of their Helix investments by helping them to identify additional Customer Success and Professional services.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to Helix's and your own success:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers. Following the initial subscription deal you will partner and be supported by top talented consultants; delivery leads and architects to ensure the optimization of your customers' investments as well as increasing profitable revenue for BMC Helix.
  • Work towards planning and exceeding customer success sales targets by coordinating all the sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process.
  • Act as a BMC Helix brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • As every BMC Helix employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.
Qualifications / Skillset

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Experience in both Sales and Customer Success leading organizations through Digital Transformations.
  • Previous experience in managing and delivering to a sales quota.
  • You can embrace, live, and breathe our BMC Helix values every day!
  • You will have worked effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively lead a professional services sales process.
  • You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
