What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet sales targets
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in effective negotiating and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
