- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As an Agency Sales Lead, you are the primary contact for the agency leadership and business units. You are responsible for coordinating efforts across Google teams to drive business growth, Search and You Tube product adoption, and business transformation through the use of our AI tools and ad tech platforms. You will work with our cross-functional team to ensure that we are driving a One Google approach for the agency and have regular touch points with the agency C-Suite, client leads, activation leads, data and tech leads and account teams.
You will leverage the partnership to provide thought leadership, feedback, and insight for both our agency partners as well as Google's internal product teams. You will also collaborate with our Google Account Teams to ensure we are strategically servicing our most critical agency partnerships and clients.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
